I led the consolidation of Inspire Brands’ franchisee digital experience, moving from WordPress to Squarespace to reduce operational overhead, simplify maintenance, and create a clearer, more intuitive experience for franchisees and internal teams.
I led the development of a RAG-based internal AI platform that gave staff a single source of truth for organizational knowledge while reducing reliance on fragmented, subscription-based AI tools.
I helped North Point Ministries design and lead the development of a native staff mobile app built on Rock RMS, and designed to support real ministry workflows, improve ChMS adoption, and give ministry teams mobile access to the tools they rely on every day.
I led an organization-wide AI adoption and training initiative at North Point Ministries that helped 600+ staff use AI confidently and responsibly, supported by clear policy, practical training, and shared language.
I led the design of an AI-assisted pledge card scanning workflow that allowed staff to process handwritten pledges roughly twice as fast during a $200M giving initiative, while preserving human judgment where it mattered.
When QR codes and manual check-in hardware began showing their limits in real-world environments, we ran a scrappy NFC experiment to rethink how people engage digitally in physical spaces. By reverse-engineering existing products and designing a mobile-first, human-centered workflow, we uncovered when tap works best, when it doesn’t, and how small, thoughtful changes can dramatically improve usability, reduce overhead, and scale across campuses.
We helped North Point Ministries design and launch a self-service profile update experience in Rock RMS that improved data accuracy, reduced staff busywork, and scaled with the real pace of ministry.
